F = P * [ ((1 + i)^n - 1) / i ]

Where:
  • F = Total Maturity amount
  • P = Monthly investments done by a person
  • i = Interest rate (need to be converted in decimal forms before putting it in the formula and divide by 4 as it is calculated quarterly )
  • n = Investment durations in years (need to be converted in months before putting it in the formula)

F = 1000 [ ((1 + 0.016)^60 - 1) / 0.016 ]

  • Total Interest- ₹11,057
  • Maturity Value- ₹71,057
