    Hi I am applying Tata Neu Infinity Rupay CC on Sep 8, 2024 . HDFC Bank Representative told me that HDFC Bank offer this CC Life Time Free but issued this card Oct 2024 customer care tell me that your card is chargeable.I asked why chargeable this card ? Customer support team not supported me. I am already sent a mail customer services team but his replyed not justified. Your suggestion are welcome kindly help me .

    How did you apply? At Branch or Online or through Third Party agent? It is usually First Year Free if you apply through Branch or Online (Tata Neu app)

    Yes i also faced same issue...!!!!!
    so kindly don't activate while the agent told it will be LTF but after approval i got Chargeable, (while applying it was showing Charges)
    but now currently in website it is showing LTF so Re Apply it
