    First talk with the customer care... Second they might get convinced to do so by lowering the credit limt or any degradation... Lastly ask them to cancel your card, all major banks reverse annual charges to retain the cardholder.

    YEAH IF YOU AT LEAST 1 YEAR OLD CUSTOMER you can request adn if it not going well ask for closure request as others bank are offering same category amd with 0 fees
