I purchased earrings from Amazon, and the seller of the product is Malabar (Order #408-010172XXXX). Upon receiving the product, I noticed a discrepancy between the weight mentioned on the website, the bill, and the actual product.

    make a complaint to the customer care service of amazon upload pic of measuring weight and register a complaint they will surely arrange a pickup or issue your refund.
    wait till their given timeline still facing the issue install consumer care app from playstore register yourself and file the complaint. This is enough to fix amazon and their seller.
