bajaj flexi loan

my brother had this loan 4 yrs back which he is still paying for. I would like to know what's really going on here. it was a loan of 5L for 5 yrs (60 months). As we can see he has paid 50 EMI's only 10 left but initial loan tenure shows 12 months. bajaj
