#false loan

Hello all Actually recently I checked my CIBIL and it shows me to a loan which I never took But as per report I applied for a gold loan in capri global I raised a dispute in CIBIL website but they also said loan is mine and they don't remove I also complain this issue in RBI but my CIBIL report...
