rejection

Applied for Axis Credit Card and got an email for rejection. Reason below. Application rejected for Applicant pulled Cibil report 1 month vintage validity expired. Anyone know what this means? I have an Axis Prestige Savings account and a good CIBIL score - 790+ when I checked recently.
