scapia card rejection

Hi All, Scapia card is rejected in app saying as bank policy, anyone know how to get Scapia card issued after this rejection? I just applied for Federal Bank Scapia card today in the morning but it got rejected. Don't know for what reason. I'm already having a co-branded Onecard for around 3...
