1st Credit card with International Lounge access

I want to apply for first credit card. I don't have any CIBIL score. But the specifications I'm looking into the card are:
1. Should be without annual fee
2. Should have access to international airport lounges.
Could anyone suggest any card?

You can get Cards with no annual fee without cibil score Like: ONE Card, IDFC WOW, Kotak Dream diffrent

Call IndusInd Costumer Care and ask for a preapproved Credit card
They could easily offer you a LTF card.
