one time registration.. yearly rent.. most dynamic pricing.. can be negotiated.. and banks keeps increasing this v often..mostly used as a collateral for upsell / cross sell by banks.. difficult to obtain without quid pro quo

no ,locker content are not insured in general , for insuring the contents, you have talk to the bank representatives and have to pay add on fees

Right, though while I was researching, some Banks were providing the option to Insure the Locker Items but it had lot of complications, so yeah I agree with you in normal day to day scenario
