Booked flight tickets via axis travel edge portal using my atlas card. Got only 2X miles for every INR 100 spent instead of 5x miles. It is mentioned on their website that booking through Axis TravelEdge with get 5X miles.
I raised the concern with customer care, firstly they were not ready to understand the issue. But when did escalation of the issue they realized their mistake and agreed to released the complete Edgemiles. The whole process took more than 2 months to complete and get the correct edgemiles.
