I'm student nd I want to start sip from 500 can anyone suggest me safe and best mutual fund for long term period like for 20-30 years

Not a Investor myself but i think any Large Cap Index Fund would be a Good and Safe Choice as no matter what happens in short term or few years, in the Long Term companies are gonna grow and ofc so will the index and the index fund.
Again this is just a Personal Opinion. Please do your Own Research and Analytics before Investing, Trust Me its way better then getting Recommendations and Easier than it seems.

You have a very nice and impressive time horizon and also you have age benefit so you can invest in small cap funds which will give you a very good return according to your investment in long term.

since you are student you concentrate on studies investment are headache better do Recurring deposit with any bank safe and secure no tension steady income

sorry but 500 is a v small amount.. so don't think so much.. just start.. once ur investment become bigger you can plan better.. start with a flexi cap or multi cap fund... try and increase in this

Choose Paragh parikh flexicap or hdfc flexicap.

If i may suggest start reading on mutual fund basics it will help u in the long run.Value research is a good site to start.
