Aadhar and PAN card incorrectly linked

Hello all,

Someone else's PAN card has been linked to my mother's Aadhaar card. I don't know when and how.
How can we correct this?
Please help

You should link your mother's PAN Card with her Aadhaar Card. It will overwrite that PAN Card. That is the case if your mother already have a PAN card. If you are going to create a new one for her then it will be automatically connected to Aadhaar Card
