Everything is recorded you can install AIS (Annual Information Statement)

in your bank account statement, yes.. Normal usage no issues.. if the transactions are disproportionate to your income / bank account type then you may get a question.. number of transactions don't matter unless they are unusually high. AIS is only for large transactions / SFTs.. not small UPI

THERE IS NO EFFECT BUT EVERY TRANSACTION IS RECORDED.
