Airel Axis Bank Add on card processed and says delivered shortly on 30 December 2023 but failed to deliver till now. Got Annual Fee Waiver via RBI

Airtel Axis Bank Credit applied and sucessfully processed credit card including vKyc and got email that card will be delivered shortly. Upon so many queries they denied to provide me card and charged me annual fees . I first complaint Axis bank and i didn't get satisfactory reply so after 1 month reached ombudsman which helped me to reverse add on card fee 590 Rupees.

They Charge even if you don't apply for add on card. since you have main card

You have to pay for the main card.

For me anual fee primary card was waived off after RBI intervention since they stoppped processing add on card.
