Amazon Account On Hold - Orders Are Getting Auto Cancelled

Hello Experts,
Does anyone know if there is any update from Amazon side. I am an Amazon Prime Member and they have locked my account for orders. Any order I am placing from my Amazon, are getting cancelled automatically. I have Rs.1100 lying unutilized in my Amazon Pay account since last 4 months. I have already email to ofm@amazon.in almost 15 times since then. There is no any response yet. At this point I am not sure what is the option apart from creating a whole new account and thereby losing all money in my current prime account. Someone please help with your advise.

As per them I have cancelled or returned lots of time so my account is under scrutiny. As per the last representative, it is not only me but there are lacs of users facing such issue. The only advise they gave me is to keep sending lots of emails to them so that my account gets highlighted for unlocking. I have checked my account and there is no such major returns or refunds. Not sure what is going on?

If you make false returns for non returnable items and as per amazon policy you get refund and item is also not taken back.
If you do this multiple times then account gets blocked.

Amazon.in nowadays supports the seller frauds, which is scummy behaviour.

No more returns, only replacements. Better to buy offline. Most stores matches online prices.
