Amex points conversion

Hi guys, how can I use my 24k amex points in best way..
I prefer to get any hotel stay conversions if getting better conversion value or coverting into amazon pay voucher

Convert to Marriot Bonvoy points- it will be 1:1 conversion. 2nd best would be Hilton Honors, which is a 10:9 conversion. Also, which all Amex cards do you have?

Only mrcc.. Accumulated 24k points.. Won't be renewing next year most probably

Alright, Marriott or Hilton give the best conversion rates, rest is upto you
