Any one used International lounge access with rupay credit card? If yes, how?

Hi,
I have a Tata nue hdfc infinity credit card(RUPAY). How can I use this card for international lounge access? Do I need to get priority pass or I can swap the card directly?can we use rupay credit card for international lounge access.?
