Hi All,
I recently applied for SBI cashback credit card. The portal asked me to upload my salary slips etc. After that, I got a call from a lady. She said that she is not able to access my salary slips so can you send to blahblah@teamlease.com email? I asked this is not a sbi related email so I will not be providing you the details. Then she asked to whatsapp the salary slips and bank account statement. I also got a mail from trans.sbicard.com for ekyc which I attended. They asked me to show my pancard on video call. After the ekyc call, I again got the call from the lady for salary slips. Her continuous calling for the slips seemed odd to me so I blocked her and didn't send the details. She also send messages with document upload link to some fnkd.in or something, I didn't upload any data to it as it was not an sbi link.
These things seemed to be fraudulent to me. Please share your thoughts on this. Also, about the ekyc which I have done, will this pose any threat to me?
