This bank provides exceptionally poor customer support, and they have a history of enticing new customers with attractive offers, only to significantly devalue those offers later.

The only good thing is they give you monthly interest. Not quarterly or Annually. App design is very bad, not user-friendly. Xcite Ace credit card you won't get any cashback after 25K spent.
