I have AU Xcite Ace LTF, applied via AU’s swipe up program .
I got a limit of 2.6L and using this card from about a year now
Is there any way that i can get this card upgraded to Xcite Ultra?

Their customer support is inadequate and unhelpful. You can try contacting them via email or phone, but they adhere to a one-card policy. The only secondary card they offer is a RuPay card.

I notice that both cards lack distinctive features. Could you please explain the differences?
