My mother received her Axis Bank Neo Credit Card today. She doesn't want to use the card at all. She knows if she doesn't Activate the card within 30+7 days it will be cancelled from the bank's side. Is there any process to cancel the card without activating it? She doesn't want to any joining or Anuual charges.
