Axis Bank Misleading Pre-Approved Offers & Harassment

Axis Bank repeatedly called, claiming I was per-approved for a Rs. 5 lakh credit card, citing my "good credit standing." Despite initial refusals, I applied 2-3 time and was rejected multiple times over 12 months. Axis Bank provided no explanation. This is misleading and harassing. I demand an investigation, explanation, and compensation for wasted time and harassment.

so this situation how can i deal this issue. please some advice for me. i also try to reach axis pno but no appropriate reply.

These offers are actually made by sales person who are 3rd party and not actual bank employees.
They will do any trick to sell the card.
One should understand that card approval and limit provided is banks sole decision not these sales people.
For axis, once rejected, you must refrain yourself from applying again for at least 90 days.
