Axis credit card new user

Hey everyone, I was approved a credit card of50k limit from axis, but there hasn't been any purchases done from it since the begging, but I am paying some annual amount for last 2 yrs
I really don't feel like using
I haven't used once, no password generated nothing
I was approved of it and so I got it
Now since I m not using it and I am being forced to pay the fees, I am thinking of closing it, I am such a newbie to financial world
Pls guide me

Axis Bank is currently offering lifetime free Axis Neo and MyZone credit cards. I recommend considering the MyZone RuPay Lifetime Free card as it provides more flexibility for both online and offline transactions. Once you have this lifetime free card, you can close your existing credit card that has an annual fee.

Call customer care or email axis bank and request for closure of Credit card.
They will either close the card or offer to convert your card to Life Time Free card. Win WIn situation.

call customer care and ask them to close it.
If they close it, apply for other LTF cards.
If they doesn't close it ask them to make this card Life time free.
