Bill generation date of my Mother's Axis Neo CC is 10th of every month.

what the use of knowing billing date of us. if you have problem with billing date call customer care and they can change your billing date as you wish. i kept all my billing cycles as 1st of everymonth

There is no same billing date for everyone. It varies.

The possible billing cycle dates for credit card statements are as follows:
Miles & More Cards – 25th of each month
Vistara Cards – 22nd of each month
Signature Card – 18th of each month
Ace Credit Card – 15th of each month
Axis Bank Freecharge Plus Credit Card – 12th of each month
Other Cards – 1st, 12th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, and 25th of each month
Miles & More Cards, Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Cards, Ace Credit Card, Axis Bank Freecharge Plus Credit Card, and Signature Cards have a fixed billing cycle.
Customers with other cards can call 1800 209 5577 / 1800 103 5577 or write by clicking on the Chat tab on the right side to request a change in the billing cycle, considering the available options.

Possible reasons:
- The information I entered from the Axis Bank website might have been updated after the MasterCard ban, which is why the MasterCard dates are not mentioned.
- The Neo card is launched in 2024, so this new card has a different date. and information not updated on website. or Rupay Cards have different dates.
