Hi! I'm New member of the community.

I want to know when I received my Bajaj RBL super credit card statement. App and website saying it's generated on 14th but still email not received, even website showing download option, when clicked to download, It's showing " No statement available" .

Please help me , Have anyone use this card ?
I need this statement argent basic, even customer care not replying.

Try writing an email to supercardservice@rblbank.com describing the issue you're facing along with all the screenshot/photos supporting the same.

You can use AI like Gemini, Copilot or ChatGPT to write a formal complaint mail regarding the same.

As it's every Banks policy to address every complaint mail within 3 working days. In some cases they strech the issue by providing lame advice in the start but at the end the issue get resolved.

It works Everytime (saying as per my personal experiences)
