I am considering to open a bank account in Kotak ..What are its pros and cons.. ?

Pros:
- Active money - Auto Sweep of amount above 25k into FD
- You can do everything in app itself, haven't visited bank in 7 years.
- Now there 811 UPI app gives cashbacks (Promotional could be discontinued in future)

Cons:
- I would say costumer support.
