Mainly there are 3 ways in which you can make electronic payments with Bank of India - RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. Before moving forward, it's important to understand the differences between the 3 modes:

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with Bank of India:
There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with Axis Bank:
- Offline submission /In Branch Request (FOR RTGS/NEFT)
- Mobile Banking (FOR RTGS /NEFT /IMPS).
Step 1: Download and Complete the Form
- Download the attached NEFT/RTGS form (in PDF format). This same form will be provided to you if you choose to initiate the transfer through an in-branch request. We have attached a copy of the same form to this post for your ease.
- Print a clear copy of the downloaded form.
- Fill out the form completely and accurately. How to fill up the form is mentioned below
How to Fill up the Form?
- Start by writing your branch name and today’s date.
- Write your name and account number and select your account type.
- Now, add the beneficiary’s name, account number, bank, branch, branch address, IFSC code, and the type of account.
- Mention the amount to be sent to the beneficiary in both figures and words.
- End by mentioning your mobile number and signing the form.
- Visit your nearest Bank Of India branch.
- Submit the completed NEFT/RTGS form along with any required identification documents to a bank teller or customer service representative.
- Once your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary's account.
- Log onto your Bank Of India Mobile Banking App.
- On your home screen click on the IMPS Fund Transfer option.
- If you don't have a beneficiary added click on add beneficiary option.
- Click on the IMPS option, under Payment mode.
- Fill in the details and click on the submit button.
- Confirm the details via OTP and click on verify.
- Enter your transaction password to successfully add a beneficiary.
- Now, click on the beneficiary and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’.
- Add your details and account details.
- Click on submit and then verify the details.
- Type in your transaction password and the transaction will be completed.
- Click on more and download to download the receipt.
