Can someone share a list of banks and how many credit cards they allow for their customers to have ?
The once I'm familiar with,

HDFC Bank - allows customers to hold one core credit card and up to three co-branded credit cards. Select customers with high Net Relationship Value (NRV) may be eligible for two core credit cards.

Axis Bank - typically offers up to three credit cards to its customers. However, those with high NRV may qualify for a fourth card.

Federal Bank - has a policy of issuing one credit card per customer.

AU Small Finance Bank - follows a one card policy, which includes the option of a Rupay credit card.

IndusInd Bank - also adheres to a one card policy, providing an additional Rupay credit card option.

Note: With the introduction of new Rupay credit cards, many banks have updated their policies from allowing one standard card plus one Rupay card (often virtual) to potentially different arrangements based on customer profiles and bank offerings.

As I alredy have IOCL. Mje MB+ ke liye online normally apply karna hai?
Yes, please proceed with the application process to see which card option they'll give you.

It has been observed that individuals possessing a co-branded card without a core card may find it difficult to obtain a core card.

Thanks for the Info. I have HDFC bank Paytm and Tata Neu card. Which one will be considered core card ?

So should I close the Paytm variant [ It's not that useful, also comes with a annual fee - although it's waved off now due to meeting spend criteria ] and go for Millenia or something ?
What's your limit on those cards?
if it's less than 1L they would give MB+ and if its more than 1L they'll give Millenia and if its above 1.5L then Regalia

- But people having co-branded cards without out core card, HDFC makes it difficult to obtain core cards.

Haan avoid MB+, wait till you get Millennia.
If you get MB+ you'll be struck with it.
I am stuck with MB+ with a limit of just 72000 that too shared with TATA neu plus, what should I do? Earlier I was planning to close MB and get Millenia. But now I am skeptical after seeing this. Pls suggest. I have Tata neu plus. Limit shared. What if I close MB and apply for Millenia after 3 months. Neither am I getting an upgrade, nor my limit is increasing. I have tried every single method to enhance my limit.

You have to close all cards and then reapply and try your luck to see if you are getting millenia.
- I know a friend who hold Mb+ with 12lac limit from 8years he is struck with it.
