Best card for ITR payment

As I calculated, I have to pay just over 1L as ITR tax due within the end of next month.

I have the below cards (not mentioning all the cards):
Yes marquee
SBI cashback
Icici sapphiro and APAY
IDFC wealth
AU Zenith
HDFC neu infinity
Bob premier
Kotak Myntra
Federal Imperio
Axis Airtel

Please suggest me which one would be the most rewarding!!!

Amazon pay ICICI - 1 %
IDFC wealth - 0.5%

I assume you have paid your taxes and filed return already, but for next time or if still not paid.

ITR/NSDL charge around 0.83% as transaction+gst charges for using CC to pay income tax.

So, using these cards, will offset the fees ONLY IF they give cashback on govt payments. Else it will be more using these CCs.

Use Standard Chartered smart credit card if you have.
For upto 50k online spend per month, it will give you 2%, so you will still get 1%+ as net cashback.

I have tried this so I know.

I have accumulated around 3000 points... Not claimed yet. But I noticed an option to redeem them in CC account, so it would be like statement credit.
