Best Cards for International Students

Hello!
I am travelling abroad soon for my Masters. I would like to have some good credit cards with good benefits like international lounge access and other discounts. I would prefer the one with least fees.

For Forex, I am planning to use the IDFC First Wow card. Other suggestions/criticisms about this are welcome.

SBI Elite Credit Card
Priority Pass membership with 6 complimentary visits to international lounges and 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits per year.

forex markup fee of 1.99%
Annual fee: Rs.5899/-
waived off on spending Rs. 3 Lakhs in a year.

HDFC Regalia Credit Card:
Customers can apply for Priority Pass for self or /and add on members post doing 4 retail transaction on their HDFC Bank Regalia Credit. 6 airport lounge access every year outside India through the Priority Pass

Annual fee: Rs. 2950
waived off on spending Rs. 3 Lakhs in a year.
