Best Credit Card for Government Spends (tax payment)

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone suggest a credit card with decent rewards structure for paying advance tax and other related governments spends.

IDFC Wealth is one of the few cards which will offer 10X (2.5% Reward Rate) for Tax Payments. Apart from that AU Zenith Card offers 1.25% Rewards.

But please note that when you pay Tax using Credit Card, there's Payment Gateway Charges of 0.9% + GST.

IDFC Wealth / SCB ULTIMATE / AU some cards..return will nett off or marginally be better after surcharge by cc

Use Rupay Credit Card for Tax Payment and pay by Scan and Pay, in that way you can by pass the Transaction charges on CC Payment for Taxes and earn the rewards as per your card variant.
Also you can earn 1% Cashback while settling bill by payment via HDFC (Process explained by Bekifaayati team), (Personally don't have HDFC Account and does not use the process).
