Best Credit Card for International Exam Fee Payment sitting in India?

Hi, I am planning to make fee payment for international examination in US Dollars. In the coming year there will be around 6-7 payments in total for an amount of $200 - $400. Which credit card will be best suitable for me (No to little forex payment fees and might provide other benefits)?

yeah even i am looking for the same and had been exploring sbi cashback credit card but not sure if it will give 5% cashback

Use a card with Zero forex charges like Scapia, Onecard, RBL world safari etc for international payments.
SBI CB CC does not give CB for Education category.
