Millennia Debit Card: This card offers 4 complimentary domestic airport lounge access visits annually (once per calendar quarter) provided you spend Rs. 5,000 or more in the previous calendar quarter. You can also earn CashBack Reward points for every transaction greater than ₹400.
Platinum Debit Card: This card provides 2 complimentary lounge access visits per calendar quarter, again subject to a minimum spend of Rs. 5,000 in the previous quarter. It does not offer cashback reward points, but it does come with various insurance covers.
The complimentary lounge access benefit is only applicable if you meet the minimum spend criteria.
There is a possibility of a fee of ₹2 to ₹25 being charged at the lounge for authorization purposes. This fee may or may not be refundable.

HDFC's Best one is EasyShop Platinum Debit Card which gives 1% cashback even on paying credit card bills. Additionally, there are two lounge access per quarter.

If you wanna look to different banks, then IDFC Select and Wealth Debit Cards offer 2+2 and 3+3 lounge access respectively. That means, you can visit 2 or 3 times per quarter along with your 2 or 3 guests.

If you wanna go even further, then AU Bank provides most of the debit cards with lounge access, if I remember correctly 2 per quarter.
