Hi if you are ok with a higher premium then I think HDFC ergo optima secure is the best for easy processing of claim and their service is also good.

Best plan as per your requirements & your previous medical. Common best plan ICICI LOMBARD Max Protect & HDFC ERGO Optima Secure both are best for higher sum Assured. About claim proposer should mention every information specially previous medical history clearly if have not mentioned in policy & claim time patient provide documents or information regarding his previous medical history details to doctor than company can reject your claim. So don't hide anything.
