If someone is having experience on home loan can you tell me which bank is best with less interest rate and no processing fee and no charge for prepayment

I think govt banks are better option than private banks. They give you much clear picture of home loan expenses

Go for PSU banks.
Initially you will feel lengthy process but it's worth it. If you compare to private banks.

I did the mistake of choosing HDFC ended up with frustration now.

PNB Housing is a good option as they have low interest rate & also provide good tenure.

Things to take into consideration.

1. Your CIBIL Score defines your interest rate.
2. Your property is approved or not from the local development authorities as this a very crucial factor for considering your application.
3. If you are salaried individual your Financial History such as your current tenure in current company & all the income documents such as Form-16, Income Tax Returns etc.
