Best method to transfer money from CC to Bank

Hey , does anyone knows the best way to transfer money from CC to bank account, I don't want the money to be spent and it's purely for cashback rewards... So it will be better if the method is transaction free . Or any other ways I can earn some money with my credit card money spent and paying it on ontime please let me know!

I have the following cards :

1. Amazon pay ICICI CC
2. ICICI coral Rupay CC

Both with a combined limit of 50k

These kind of transactions should be avoided as this can cause closure of cards and especially s when you don't even need the money
