Best rewards credit card for free domestic flight or hotel booking

Hi friends, my expenses is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. Mostly online and grocery stores. I want a rewards credit card rather than a cashback one. I like to take my family out within India once in a year / couple of years. I like to accumulate the points so as to use the reward points for free flights or hotel stays within India. Please suggest the best credit card (where I can do most of my expenses). My annual income is around 6-8 lakhs. As of now I have following credit cards:
1. SBI CB
2. Airtel Axis
3. Amazon Pay
4. AMEX Gold Charge
5. AMEX MRCC
6. Stan Chart Ease my Trip
And some other LTFs.

Best travel cards i am using : Axis Atlas (Best Card for Travel), SBI Air India (New applications currently on hold), HDFC Infinia Metal (HDFC DCB M also best), Axis Magnus Burgundy, AmEx Platinum Charge Card, AmEx Gold Charge Card, Vistara Cards - SBI, Axis, IDFC & Indusind (Currently not accepting new applications for all vistara cards, they are planing to launch new cards for Maharaja Club)
