hello guys,
are u getting reward points on bharat gas booking with sbi bpcl octane?

sbi not giving me reward points on bharat gas booking
they are saying that its wallet load transaction due to bharat gas is using only billdesk as payment gateway and due to billdesk mcc code for this transaction is reflecting of wallet load category




they are clearly claiming they will give 6.25% valueback on bharat gas booking with bharat gas website and mobile app but not provding reward points due to bharat gas is using billdesk as a single payment gateway that is clearly not a customer fault also not accepting their fault

tried banking ombudsman complaint too that is also pending at their end

1. what is the redemption process of this card reward points, and redemption options
2. does is give real 7.25% rewards on fuel,
3. redemption fees,
4. minimum points to redeem the reward points,
5. validity of reward points

u need to go any bpcl fuel outlet and ask for pay with reward points and they must have pinelabs swiping machine for points redemption
yes gives 25x valueback for every 100 spent that means eg. u sent 500
than u will get 500/100=5
5x25=125 points while redemption u will get 125/4=31.25 discount at fuel and 1% as fuel surcharge waiver
no redemption fees for fuel as of now
every 4 points give value of 1rs. so u need to have minimum 4 points
1 year validity
always spent in multiple of 100 eg. u want to spend 600 then make purchase of 595 for full reward

if u spent 610 then only reward points of 600 will be credited
