It may vary for different payment providers available in the market. Depending on their market strategy , they can charge you as per their needs or we can say depending upon the volume of transactions on their platform, they can negotiate.
For example -> Paytm doesn't have any deductions for Rupay Credit card under 2000 transactions limit
