Greetings everyone,
I was working in Atigre, Kolhapur when I had to open a salary account in BOB. Then I shifted to another city and wanted to close the account.
I was told that I need to travel to Kolhapur un order to close the account.
I applied for branch transfer to my current city but got no response.
Why the bank did not inform me this condition while opening the account?
How can I take leave and travel to Kolhapur just to close the account?
Is there any solution?
I look forward to yourfeedback, will really appreciate if someone from bank, could provide the exact information.
