1. what is the redemption process of this card reward points, and redemption options
2. does is give real 7.25% rewards on fuel,
3. redemption fees,
4. minimum points to redeem the reward points,
5. validity of reward points
6. Is it possible to get the annual fees reversed without meeting the spent criteria (By requesting customer care)

6.25% on expenses up to Rs. 10,000 per statement
1% surcharges waiver on expenses of up to Rs 10,000 per statement.

My cousin got Annual fee waiver by requesting SBI.

Depends majorly on your monthly fuel spend.
IDFC Power+ has annual fee of 499 whereas SBI Octane has a fee of Rs1500
So, net value you get after subtracting the fee would decide which is better for you
