I just get my fist credit card which is BOB HPCL Energy Credit Card.
My Question is Can I Get reward Point When I Pay Gas bill Online ?
Because When I Check in BOBCARD Web site It shows that I can Get

• 10 reward points* for every Rs. 150 spent on utility, grocery and departmental stores

But When I Pay The gas bill i can't get any reward point
