I need to ask if u have a car and I haven't claimed it's insurance for last 8-9 years and I am thinking to sell or scrap it, so is their any type of claim like this "if I haven't claimed it's insurance them I will get my 9 years 100% or any% of money back". But the point is it's second hand since I bought it.

nothing comes back... no such option.. but u can transfer the no claim bonus benefits to a new car that u buy..
