Cash Back on Utility Payments

Hey, is still any Credit Card exists which gives Rewards with NO CAPPING on UTILITY BILL PAYMENTS ?
Right now i am using Axis Freecharge Plus & Tata Neu Platinum.

On all HDFC credit cards from 1st Sep’24, Reward points on utility transactions will be capped at 2000 RPs per month (maximum spend 60,000) in a billing cycle. So, There's nothing like No capping.
