I saw a banner in my email on a transaction mail for pre eligible offer.
On second step option of OTP,
Is a hard enquiry hit in my cibil report after entering OTP ?

No hard inquiry if you continue till 2nd step only. Till Choose your card step.

If its like this ( Confirm Details and Choose Card) then there will be a Hard Enquiry


If its like this ( Choose Your Card and Confirm Details) then there will be NO Enquiry



As yours is 2nd one there won't be any Hard Enquiry

When I check my eligibility, I see the first interface but when I submit OTP, I see Choose best card option, so no enquiry.

He has to see whats written below (conditions), if credit enquiry is written there then there will be enquiry otherwise not.
