CIBIL Registration otp not recieved.

1. While registering on CIBIL, I'm not receiving otp on the entered mobile no.(clicked on resend otp multiple times). I also tried to register using different mobile it says "You already have an account with us". how can I resolve this, or change mobile no. on registration form.

2. Is there any other way to raise dispute on incorrect loan entry in civil report without CIBIL registration
