Hello guys,
I have a question, I had a gold loan which got written off (amount 13k), totally my mistake, now when I contacted the lender to pay off the balance they said they don't have any record of it as it is 5 yrs old.
It does reflect on my cibil. Presently my cibil is 749 I use 4 credit card
1) niyo secured 1L
2) one card 80k
3) amazon pay 70k
4) icici sapphiro 3L
and I have never missed or delayed any payments in the above cards.
2months back in wanted to buy a car, and I was putting is 15L down-payment and was asking for 18L loan, but it was denied due to write off or low cibil score.
Please advice how can I either get the write off removed or increase the credit score
