Citi Axis Migration - Rewards Points

Hi,

My Citi rewards card recently migrated to Axis rewards. I also have an Axis Indian Oil RuPay card. I had around 5000 edge points before migration, but after migration, it is reduced to 2000(which is equivalent to Citi CC rewards). Ideally, it should be added to the existing points (2000+5000 = 70000). Is anyone else facing this issue?

I've reached out to Axis bank, they have acknowledged the issue but, taking a lot of time to resolve it. Has anyone else observed this issue?

I have not done the conversion calculation but seems OKish as I am not an avid user of these cards (both Citi rewards & Axis IOCL).

However, I received email couple of days back saying few points have not credited and will be resolved by 15-Aug-2024.
