Yupp, The 1% fuel surcharge waiver is generally applicable at all IndianOil stations, regardless of the POS machine used. This means you should receive the waiver even if the transaction is processed through a non-HDFC POS machine.

I personally buy petrol from Indian Oil pump through their Paytm POS machine and received 1% fuel surcharge waiver everytime.

Sometime non HDFC POS machines charge more than 1% surcharge and only 1% surcharge is waived.
